This course is designed to explain the concepts, principles and thinking behind the tenets of quality management and the practical methodologies that have emerged to implement them and how to manage in a total quality way through excellent operation.  This course will be supplemented with case analysis, exercises, and state-of-the-art activities to improve their critical thinking.
