The course is aimed to augment the basic competency of the students in grammar.  Specifically, it is focused on the skill of the students to develop, compose and construct sentences that are syntactically correct.  Furthermore, the course emphasizes the importance of writing messages that convey effective and appropriate communication to a wide and multi-culturally diverse people.
