This course is all about mobile applications Development using Android Studio. In the Android Developer Fundamentals course, you learn basic Android programming concepts and build a variety of apps, using the Java programming language. You start with Hello World and work your way up to apps that schedule jobs, update settings, and use Android Architecture Components.

Course Description: IT Professionals should be able to conduct themselves appropriately in the company they belong.  This course enhances  students’ knowledge on the proper way of behaving appropriately as IT Workers and Users. This introduces basic knowledge on morality and ethics. As the course advances, topics such as Computer Crimes, Privacy, Freedom of Expression, Intellectual Property, Software Development and Social Networking are discussed thoroughly.  For each of the topic, case studies are given to further enhance the students’ understanding.

Course Outcomes (COs): At the of the course, the students are able to:

CLO1.  Appreciate the importance of the course in relation to the goals and objectives of the program, the College and the University.

CLO2.  Apply the basic concepts of morality and ethics in solving problems stated in every case study given.

CLO3.   Relate the issues associated with computer and internet crimes with the current situation.

CLO4. Describe the concepts of Intellectual Property and other rights related
           to the creation of literary works.
