CCS695 Quantitative Methods

This course emphasizes the use of statistical and mathematical analysis of data collected through questionnaires or surveys using various computational techniques. The data collected shall be processed using various mathematical models to provide a meaningful information which will be used by the management to make decisions to solve the occurrence of a problem.

This course covers the concepts and applied techniques for cost effective

management of both long-term development programs and short-term projects.

The content deals with planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling

projects.  Project management principles and methodology are provided

with special focus on planning, controlling, and managing projects

to successful completion.
