HMELEC311 (S1)- HM Elective 3: Food and Beverage Cost Control

This course is intended to provide the students with the financial management of food and beverage, its contribution to property revenues and how costs are kept at bay in order to optimize service value and revenues.  The subject will provide a realistic view of managing a food and beverage operation and cost control-related information and tools the students need to achieve levels that matches their highest career goals. Values of accuracy and cost-consciousness are imbedded in the course.
