2223-1 C1 IE435 SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

This course shall discuss the analysis, design and management of production systems. It shall emphasize on the concepts, processes and strategies used in the development and management of global supply chains, managing the entire flow of information, materials, and services from raw material suppliers through factories and warehouses to the final end-customer. Specific topics include inventory systems, aggregate planning, master scheduling, operations scheduling and modern approaches to production management such as Just-in-Time production.
