IETE432 | STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
This capstone course in the field of organization and decision systems provides opportunities as the owner or chief executive officer of organizations in varied industries to conceptualize for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies that determine the direction and competitive position of an enterprise. Furthermore, this integrates knowledge acquired in previous business-related courses to demonstrate and defend the fundamental bases of designed strategic actions.
