Power Plant Design with Renewable Energy

Study of the fundamental concepts, principles , operations, thermodynamics analysis, and design of power generating plants. It covers the conventional fossil-fuel plants such as steam power plant and diesel engine plant as well  as other power generating plants using unconventional sources of energy. It includes the study of selection base in location, capacity, effect on environment and the economic considerations. Laboratory activity includes design calculations of a power generating plant parameters with its components and  other auxiliaries.
