The course shall introduce the basic concepts, principles, and techniques of methods study that underlie the successful studies in productivity. It shall also introduce powerful tools for increasing productivity, improving equipment or machine utilization, conserving materials and energy, reducing human effort, and advancing the goals of the organization on many fronts. The course also introduces the different techniques in measuring work and methods study in determining standards and wage incentives or wage payments.
